Chinese - Foreign Cooperation in Running School (CFCRS)


HGC has established Chinese-foreign cooperative degree programs with four Chinese universites. 180 students could be admitted to the Master program and 310 students could be admitted to the Bachelor program each year. All the programs are legally authorized by the Ministry of Education of P.R.China to award students with degree diplomas in foreign countries. Authorization of such programs is extremely strict and rare, whilst HGC is one of the few organizations that is permitted to participate in them.


University development has not grown at the same rate as the GDP. Compared to the strategic social positioning and development experiences of many world ‐ class universities, a number of problems have been observed in the Chinese system of higher education.


In recent years, there is a consensus in China that internationalization is one way to achieve  educational modernization. It will take a long time for Chinese universities to catch up. Government invitation to world-class universities or first-rate educational institutions, with the intent of establishing cooperative relationships with local Jiangsu universities or educational institutions. Cooperating universities enjoy preferential policies, such as land dedicated to educational use,  guaranteed quality of candidate students, market-oriented tuition fee policy, etc.
